Cross rotation trainer
It allows 3x more exercises than conventional exercise bands such as TRX and the like.
This allows for a lockable pulley in the middle and the exercises are the same as on regular exercise bands, but when the pulley is released it opens up a huge array of exercises for:
-unilateral exercise (each limb separately)
- balance
- coordination
- stabilization
The carabiners at the handles also allow the use of other props (weights, elastics, kettlebells, connectors)... in combination with the CRT.
