• The specifications for the Matrix E3x Elliptical are:
• Robust, Heavy Gauge Steel frame with high quality pivots and bushings, adjustable rear feet and transportation wheels
• Generous 21 inch stride length, with a Q factor of 90mm (the width between footplates)
• Footplates are cushioned and have raised sides for safe foot placement
• 25 levels of resistance from a JID brushless generator - may be ordered with mains power or self-generating power source
• Resistance levels can be adjusted using console buttons or thumb switch keys on the static handlebars
• 7 inch LCD console displays level, speed, incline, rpm, elapsed time, distance (km or miles), heart rate, METS, calories and calories per hour
• Multi-lingual readout: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, Chinese and Japanese
• Programmes: Manual, Rolling Hills, Fat Burn, Intervals, Random, Fit Test, HRT Cardio, Constant Watts
• Heart Rate Monitoring via contact hand pulse grips and Polar chip receiver (Polar Chest Belt included with this model)
• Wireless data transmitter
