This 10 kg land dumbbell from our ATX® Athletic Series is very compact with a total length of 1700 mm and is suitable for a variety of exercise variations - especially in confined spaces. With a tensile strength of 165,000 PSI (165 K), this bar is highly resilient and can therefore be used perfectly as a youth weightlifting dumbbell, but classic exercises such as biceps curls or triceps presses can also be ideally carried out thanks to its compact dimensions. The precise, easy-grip knurling with 2x grip width markings as well as the smooth, smooth running of the holders ensure excellent handling.
